Boats, fishing seiners, steamships, a various port life have for ever defined the basic thematic orientation of creativity of the artist.
Alexey Listopad has ended branch of scenography of the Penza school, one of the oldest in Russia, connected with names of great masters of painting: Bogolyubov, Savitsky, Tatlina, Lentulova and others. Work at cinema has defined propensity to êîëëàæíîìó to installation in picturesque compositions, to collision of any events or memoirs of biographic character.
