Skargina Lydija Vasiljevna.
Was born in settlement Stavrovo of Vladimir region.
Has ended in 1956 Mstyorsky art professionally - technical school.
In 1964 has ended the Moscow polygraphic institute.
Member of the Union of artists of the Russian Federation since 1984.
The painter, the schedule, the master of arts and crafts.
At a personal exhibition Lydija Skargina has presented works of the different periods of creativity.
The world created by the artist - attractive, mysterious, intriguing - doesn't give in to unequivocal interpretation.

Throughout last thirty years it is constantly exposed at all large exhibitions of area, region, Russia, on its account of ten personal exhibitions.

The exhibition is opened from March, 15 till March, 27th, 2011.
