Igor Shipilin-is a member of the national Union of Artists, the painter, the designer-schedule, the aquarellist. The organizer of the project «League of aquarellists of Crimea»,
the Organizer and the curator design, exhibitions-actions "Moscow-Sevastopol".
He is the author of a song album.
Igor Shipilin's new works are presented at an exhibition from April, 22nd till May, 13th, 2009.
Exhibition opening on April, 25th, on Saturday, at 18.00.
